AM -- woke at 7:15 AM // total of around 8 hours sleep

PM -- watched SNL until 11 then went to bed

Eat

morning -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT

afternoon -- bone broth with coconut oil and sea salt

dinner -- almonds // primal ground beef cooked in onions sauteed in butter // raw Jack cheese // steamed broccoli with butter and sea salt // Andouille sausage

Move

rest day -- walked laps around Moody coliseum between men's and women's basketball games

Enjoy

Got to see a really great kid score the final 4 points for ACU including a buzzer beating layup for our first win against a D1 opponent. He had 21 total which was a new career high.

Spent a large chunk of the day at basketball games with my daughters. 

Got to hang with the three kiddos all alone this morning -- did a puzzle with my 4 year old that was a 5+ puzzle..so...she's kind of a genius according to that puzzle.
