AM -- woke at 6:45 AM to a dog whining in his kennel // apparently his butt exploded -- "the best part of waking up ... is cleaning up dog diarrhea from the kennel and all along the path from the kennel to the backdoor!" About 8 hours sleep
PM -- glasses on by 8 PM // in bed by 11 PM
morning -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil
lunch -- salmon salad from Cypress Street Station
dinner -- 6 oz raw Swiss cheese // large salad with olive oil and lots of olives (and tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots) // almonds // raisins
snack -- carrots and almond butter
