SHL -- Wednesday

Sleep

AM -- woke at 7 AM, no alarm // I can't remember the last time I set my alarm // about 9 hours sleep

PM -- watched a few episodes of 30 Rock // in bed by 11 PM

Eat

8:30 AM - coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

1:30 PM -- bowl of cold fat white rice // 1/2 pickle // raw cheese // 1 piece of bacon

6 PM -- sausage from Sharon's // spaghetti squash with homemade ketchup // 2 oz baking chocolate

snack -- carrots and almond butter

Move

planned on working out today but got too busy -- new plan is tomorrow, Friday and Sunday.

Enjoy

Today I'm grateful for

  • girls being well (addendum -- they both started running fever again around lunchtime)
  • hanging out with my son alone this morning -- took him to school
  • had just enough time to take my wife her coffee that she forgot at home
  • watched 30 Rock tonight -- always a fun time.
