Sleep

AM -- woke around 6 AM then for good at 7 AM // total of about 8 hours of sleep // feel good

PM -- asleep by 10:30 PM // had a little trouble getting Hope to sleep tonight

Eat

9 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil

Noon -- 1/2 avocado with olive oil, MCT oil and sea salt

4 PM -- 1 bottle of kombucha

6 PM -- 1 pound of liver cooked in butter with onion and garlic // salad (romaine, tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper) // raw cheese

Glucose was 86 before dinner -- Ketones were 0.1 mmol/L

Move

Walked 30' at lunch and 60' holding baby after dinner (total of about 3 miles)
