Sleep

AM -- woke around 7 AM // slept better than I thought I would considering what the cedar was doing to my eyes, nose and throat // total of about 11 hours but had a few bouts of being awake throughout the night

PM -- watched a couple of TEDtalks and was in bed a little after 10 PM

Eat

Ended up doing a 26 hour fast. Glucose right before I ate was 81 -- good. Didn't feel bloated at all today since I kept fructose to nearly zero yesterday on a high-carb day. Normally on a high carb day (my former cheat days) of wheat, sugar and a bunch of junk -- I was swollen for like three days after)

Black coffee at around 11 AM this morning.

Pre workout -- BCAs and about 5 olives

Post workout -- 1/4 c rice, 1/3 c coconut milk, cocoa powder, BCAs -- it was the worst thing I have ever put into my mouth. Those BCAs are just too chalky too add to anything

Dinner -- leftover pastured pork roast from yesterday // leftover chuck steak from Friday // large salad (romaine, tomatoes, carrots, avocado, olive oil (butter flavored), salt and pepper) // 6 oz raw Swiss cheese

10' warmup

3x10 shoulder press with 80# (I did this on Friday about started my 4 lift rotation over this week)

3x15 bent row with 80# (I'm going to start doing some pull work during my heavy lifting -- bent rows with shoulders, high pulls with DL, pullups with squat and cleans with bench -- varying reps and weights on the pulls)

3 supers sets of

10 thrusters with 95

10 pulls ups (overhand with smallest resistance band for assistance)

200m run

rested 3' then 2'

Can't believe I woke up able to breathe out of my nose.

The girls are negative for flu and strep so that's good.
