SHL -- Sunday


AM -- up from 12:30 - 430 AM with sick kid // slept from 4:30 - 6 // total of about 2.5 hours of sleep. Boo.

PM -- in bed by 8:15 // totally exhausted


eggs and Swiss cheese -- no coffee

lunch -- pastured pork roast & ribs // carrots and onions // sweet potatoes with butter, cinnamon and sea salt // sausage // fat white rice -- totally stuffed

24 hour fast -- will be no problem b/c as I write this at 6:30 PM I'm still stuffed. So basically I had a ton of carbs today but almost no fructose. 


had to miss workout dealing with sickness and travel


2 sick kids gives a little dose of perspective -- as in, it could be much worse.

First time my entire family (parents, brothers and their families) have all been together since beginning of August.
