Woke at 7 AM. Didn't have glucometer so I didn't check blood. HRV was low. Stress was high -- but I FEEL good.
8 AM -- coffee with butter and coconut oil and cinnamon
12:30 PM -- 2 grass fed beef franks, 1 ounce raw cheese
6 PM -- 1/2 pound of grilled salmon from central market -- salad bar with spinach, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives, mushrooms, carrots -- 4 oz baking chocolate -- 6 oz raw cheese
Eating window closed at 7:15 -- with the sunset.
I was very stressed tonight. Thought about gorging on some carob raisins or having a beer but I had some will power left in the tank and didn't cave in. It's nice to only have to fight that urge every once in a while instead of every night. Got to bed around 10:30 PM.
Only exercise today was riding my bike up to the hospital at 8:30 PM. 30 minutes of super easy movement. Very tired.
