Blood sugar -- 90. Ketones 0.8.  

Woke at 6:30. Went to bed around 11:30 PM with brain wave Deep Sleep going on in my ears.

Checked HRV which was improved. Did 10' Calm Reflection. Rode to YMCA.

10 lunges with 40# DB in each hand (each leg) 

10 straight leg raises (hanging from bar)

9:30 AM -- ACV in water // coffee with 3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp MCT, 2 egg yolks, cinnamon

The coffee I made this morning was Gorilla coffee from Brooklyn. Good stuff.

1:00 PM -- bone broth. Had the waitress at Sunny Street Cafe in Murphy, Texas warm it up for me. check out this video 

5:00 PM -- 1/2 pound of grilled chuck streak, pound of steamed veggies (bell pepper, tomato, zucchini), chunk of raw cheese, 2 oz baking chocolate

Notes

Felt good today. Ate early and went to a dinner after football game. Never got hungry or needed to use "willpower" to not eat anyting... good feeling. 

Got to bed a little later than I'd hoped to.
