woke up at 1:15 AM to pee. Couldn't go back to sleep because my stomach was killing me. I think it's a mental thing after my stomach bug. Thought I was going to puke -- I laid there until 2:45 AM before I started googling "food poisoning" on my phone to no avail. I don't think it was food poisoning.
I finally just got up and started watching TV -- pretty frustrated. And, of course, since it was 3 AM, I was starving. So I go from nauseated to starving. I ate raisins, carob cubes, a cheese enchilada, frozen banana and some almond butter. Ridiculous.
I finally fell asleep at around 4 AM and when I woke up at 7 AM, I had a horrible headache. I dreamed I had a brain tumor. It went away as soon as I had coffee with EVCO and MCT oil.
So I got one day back on my routine before it was derailed again...that's life I guess.
early morning snack -- see above
breakfast -- coffee with 1 tbsp each of mct and EVC oil
lunch -- 4 scrambled eggs with 2 oz raw cheddar cheese and 1 tbsp sour cream
dinner -- 6.4 oz boiled buffalo heart, 3.2 oz pacific oysters (boiled), bouillon in water and bone broth, 3 tbsp sour cream, 5 oz sauerkraut, 100g avocado + 2 tbsp EVOO
snack -- decaf with 1/4c heavy whipping cream
1,995 calories -- 164g fat // 26g carbs // 106g fat*
*not counting early morning snack which probably had 150g carbs or something ridiculous
