Mowed grass and went to pool today. High energy all day.

Dinner -- 7.6 oz chuck steak. 4 oz raw cheese. Quart Bone broth. Nori. Bouillon. 5 oz frozen raspberries. 5 oz sauerkraut. 1.3 oz pickle. 10 oz frozen bell pepper cooked in broth. (Broth tasted great tonight bc of peppers)
Lunch -- 3 oz avocado + evoo and salt. 2.5 oz strawberries
