Highest ketone reading in a month. Going to get back into the >1.5 range before I test my theory which I detailed yesterday.

3 HSPU --6 T2B -- 10 rounds (toes 2 bar is what really bothered my shoulder a few months ago...I did very slow, controlled movement)

breakfast -- bulletproof/thunder coffee (3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp MCT, cinnamon)...had trace minerals today, too

lunch -- iced coffee with 1/4c cream and 1 tbsp MCT oil (made this on Wednesday and forgot to drink it) 

dinner -- 8 oz raw beef liver (grilled over charcoal), 6 oz raw goat cheese, 5 oz sauerkraut, 6 oz dill pickle, bouillon in bone broth, 8 oz broccoli boiled in broth, 2 nori sheets, 2 oz avocado + 1 tbsp EVOO

snack -- MCT and EVCO
