Sunday was a rest day. Had raisins and strawberries on way home from DFW. S.

MONDAY
HRV told me to rest today. 82. Didn't check blood.

cf WOD was ME good mornings (did sets of 2 with 115, 115, 125 and 135)
50 sit ups. Tabata squats (12). 50 sits in 7:45.

Nutrition was good. Blood sugar in 90s mid afternoon. Elevated.

TUESDAY
HRV said I was good to go. 93. Didn't check blood. Slept late.

20x30:30. Went about 39 yds per interval. Felt good n water.

Menu
Bfast -- 3 tbsp butter and mct oil n coffee
Lunch- 4 eggs. 2 oz sausage. 50g blackberries.
Glutamine after each workout.
Snack -- 2 tbsp EVCO
Dinner -- 9 oz pork chop, 9 oz asparagus, nori sheet in bone broth, 10 oz frozen raspberries
