Ketones -- 0.6 mmol/L

Glucose -- 103 ml/dL

Finally back in the lower range of ketosis. Been since May 26 since I had a reading higher than 0.5. Glucose pretty high but didn't seem to affect ketones -- interesting.

I'm either going to take a rest day or do a WOD in Arlington -- depends on how I feel. Need to get to where I'm not forcing myself to workout. Got up early but just didn't have the motivation. That's abnormal for me.

Snack -- 1 tbsp coconut butter, 1 tbsp MCT AND 1 tbsp EVCO
