The last time I ate that much protein, my ketones were 0.3 the next day. I didn't exercise that day, which may have something to do with the 1+ reading. And I didn't realize it until this morning, but my glucose hasn't been below 90 in the morning ALL WEEK. That's crazy.
I may increase carb intake just a bit and see how the affects me. So today, I'll shoot for 35g from green and/or leafy stuff and maybe a small bite of yam

dinner -- 8 oz salmon, 3 oz herring, 6 oz Parmesan (raw), 50g white rice, 4 oz asparagus, 100g avocado + 1/4c sour cream + 1 tbsp EVOO, bouillon and water
snack -- EVCO and MCT Oil
About 30g carbs, 130g protein
