Sustained Fat-Mobilization -- Day 1

Ketones were 1.6 mmol/L this morning. Lower, but still well within ketosis range. It'll be interesting to see if it was the cashews, the alcohol, or just the higher calories that made them drop. Blood sugar was low 70s which I was happy about. Going to start weighing every Friday morning instead of every day since the weight loss will be less drastic since I'll be eating normal amount of calories.

Didn't do much by way of exercise today. Birthday party, worked in the afternoon, hung out at home at night. Made chicken strips out of free range chicken, free range egg, almond meal -- Haelyn and Jenn ate a bunch. I ate the skin from part of the chicken that I covered in almond meal....so good.
