Down a half pound (feel and look leaner than I've felt - juicefast notwithstanding - since September of 2011) but what's really noteworthy is my ketones were 3.7 this morning. Up 1.4 mmol/L in 24 hours and 3.1 since the beginning of the experiment. My blood sugar was 69 ml/dL which is the lowest its been in the morning by 3 points.
67 ml/dL at 11:10 AM. Cooked my dinner at lunchtime to take with me to supper club tonight. It's more work, but you CAN stick to something if you plan a little bit in advance and make an effort. I don't like excuses. Absolutely no hunger pains at all during the day.
52 ml/dL before dinner at 6 PM. Felt fine. 87 at 10 PM.
breakfast -- water with ACV // coffee with 1 tbsp MCT oil and a dash of cinnamon
Dinner -- 7 ounces grass fed ribeye, 85g broccoli in 2 ounces of water, 1 tbsp MCT oil, 1 veggie bouillon cube and the drippings from the pan after I cook ribeye (in some coconut oil), 50g raw avocado
snack -- decaf with 1/4c HWC
