Blood glucose was 83 this morning. Weight was down 4 lbs (which doesn't really mean anything since your body can be +/- 4 lbs of water weight at any given time). Ketone measurement was 0.8 mmol/L.
Right around noon my glucose was 68. Had some veggie bouillon and some coffee with cinnamon at lunchtime. Feel normal -- always get a hunger pain or two on Warrior Diet anyway but they always go away in about 3 minutes or less.
Glucose - 78 at 3:09 pm // 94 at 8:07 pm (2 hours after started eating dinner --- see below)
breakfast - coffee with 1 tbsp MCT oil and water/ACV
lunch - 2 cups veggie bouillon, coffee with cinnamon
Dinner - 3 cans of kippered herring, 50g kale, 50g avocado, 1 tbsp EVOO (used to cook kale)
Snack - decaf with 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Calories - 1,130 // 98g fat -- 60.7g protein -- 9.7g carbs
Energy level was pretty low last night when I got home. I laid on the floor and played with girls...picked up a little after dinner and girls' bedtime.
