Day 6, Week 10 - 12 week Half IM training

Long run

2 hours, 6 minutes, 45 seconds

Kept HR in the 140s for most of it...nasal breathing (6 steps in, 6 out) for the first 1:05. What took me 1:05 going out took me 58 coming back -- then ran around block once. HR averaged 147. Listened to Vinne Tortorich podcast first hour.....This American Life, second hour.

About 12.5 miles. Nice and easy.

Lunch - avocado with olive oil, sea salt and paprika, handful of almonds, beef broth
