Day 4, Week 4 - 12 week Half IM training

60'. HR averaged 124. Read the whole time. Wore my new ACU cycling bib -- Hincapie brand. Felt good. Rode inside on the trainer. Didn't ride with power meter -- approximate distance: 17 miles.

lunch: didn't eat lunch but had about 1.5 tbsp of olive oil right before I got on the bike

dinner: 5 eggs cooked in butter, 2 ground beef steaks, cheese, walnuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds
