45' with yoga before -- kept HR in the low 120s -- estimated distance about 12 miles

dinner - prime rib, salad with olive oil, 10g of carbs worth of macadamia nuts (72g)

carbs were less than 15 today

Listened to Vinnie Tortorich the whole way back from Houston. Decided to do a drastic carb reduction this week -- bought Ketosis Sticks to pee on to check ketones -- no more than 20g of carbs per day this week.  Not happy with my weight loss to this point, although I do feel lean and my clothes aren't fitting any tighter.
