30 minutes zone 2 ride

estimated distance - 7.5 miles

This is a scaled back week so I probably won't come close to the 10.5 hours of volume from last week -- crazy thing is, I didn't even feel like last week was high volume.

Traditional Swim

2,000 yards - 40 minute

WU: 40

MS: 2x (50, 100, 50, 100 200) all on 10" res

CD: 60

Swam at lunch....feel good.

breakfast - fat smoothie low carb with handful of blueberries and 2 small strawberries thrown in

lunch -ahi tuna steak, cooked kale, walnuts, avocado, eggs

dinner - eggs, nuts, cheese
