28 mph winds. Unbelievable winds. After my first lap I decided that sub-3' 800s was out of the question and that I was going to shoot for sub 3:10. Coming down the back stretch into that wind was incredible -- it would literally almost stop me -- like I was running with a parachute tied to my back. All in all happy with the run -- the real test is the 10x800 which is next week, hopefully won't have crazy winds and I'll have a good gauge of where I'm at.
