Traditional Swim

2,800 yards in 1:01:34

WU: 400 in 3:14

MS: 12x25 with 20" rest (odds ez, evens fast)

8x100 with 60" rest (all in either 1:28 or 1:29)

200 ez

12x75 with 15" rest (all between 1:10 and 1:15)

CD: 200

Good swim. Still feeling fast. Shoulder feels fine.

Traditional Run

1 hour - 6.26 miles

Ran on treadmill after girls went down. Talked to my parents the whole time -- made it go by fast.  Nice and easy Zone 2 run.
