Interval Run

6x800 on 2' rest

Did these up and down Liberty street (400 meters, stop, turn around, run back) -- why the times are a little slower than I'd usually shoot for)

3:10, 3:09, 3:10, 3:08, 3:09, 3:10

Total time - 40, Total distance - 3.5 miles

Ran in my newtons and my calves were killing me for a couple of days after...right on the verge of hurting TOO much.


breakfast: thunder coffee

snack: coffee at training with MCT oil and 1.06 oz of macadamia nuts

dinner: beef bacon, kale, kippered herring, broccoli, avocado
