Had another breakthrough swim. Incredibly fast times for me. I had one of these types of swims back in August and it was a one-time thing that I had finally just credited to a slow clock -- but six months later, it happened again. So scared that I won't be able to duplicate this. Man, I hope it will stick this time. I thought about the swim the rest of the day -- maybe the mental focus will help my body remember what I was doing.

Total distance - 1,500, total time 38'

Rode my bike up to ACU to swim. About 5 miles roundtrip.
