Simply Human Lifestyle -- Monday


AM -- didn't wake at all until 6 AM, rolled over and slept until 7 AM

PM -- orange glasses on by 8 // fell asleep on floor reading somewhere between 10 and 10:30 PM // got in bed at 10:30 PM


morning -- plain, black coffee

24 hour fast today until 3 PM

Blood sugar was 67 at 5:30 PM and ketones were 1.0 mmol

Dinner -- pound of grass fed liver (see recipes) cooked with onions and garlic // salad with romaine, tomatoes, BRAGG's vinaigrette, 4 pieces of chopped bacon, 1 small avocado, leftover liquid from bottom of pan I cooked liver in (mixture of meat juice and MCT oil), sea salt // 2 oz raw cheese

Today I'm grateful for:

  • a day of rest
  • Hunter has been sleeping 6 hours consistently at night
  • bought a new freezer for garage (to hold my MEAT) and an on-sale Christmas tree for next year
  • put my tri bike on ebay (which is half enjoy half despair)
