Sleep

AM -- woke to my alarm at 6 AM // didn't feel 100%, pretty sore from last two days of workouts

PM -- glasses on before 8 // started to fall asleep on the couch around 10 PM, then got my second wind (not good -- should have gone to sleep), had a snack, read for a while and was up past midnight)

Eat

Glucose was 88 at 8 AM

Morning -- coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon (around 9:30 am)

Lunch -- macadamia nuts // bone broth with coconut oil // sausage link

Dinner -- Filling Chili (see recipes tab) // spaghetti squash // 2 oz raw cheese // 1 piece of bacon // leftover grilled squash from last night

Dessert -- bowl of frozen berries and almonds

Snack -- carob raisins and almonds // mangos // raisins // almonds // baking chocolate

Supplements -- omega 3 // vitamin D // bitter melon extract

Move

Did NOT feel like working out right when I woke up. Ended up walking a total of 2.5 hours today. 3 treadmill stints and one afternoon walk with the girls and dogs. Probably around 5 miles total. Felt good to walk that much. 

I also rolled my hip flexors with lacrosse ball and back with foam roller.

Lazy day today. This morning I cooked chili, made paleo pancakes for the girls, made spaghetti squash and coffee.

I walked a ton today -- felt good.

Finished Book 2 of the divergent series and started Book 3.

My good buddy was on Good Morning America this morning -- weather man. 

One of my dogs got out but came back as we were headed out to look for him.
