Sleep

AM -- woke a few times during the night...maybe 3 times // alarm woke me up at 5:30 AM // I have to leave here early and need to get some stuff done before I go

PM -- glasses on around 8:15 PM // asleep by 10:15 PM

Eat

Morning -- acv in water & coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT

Lunch -- beef fajitas from Mi Cocina in Dallas // fajita meat, veggies, guacamole (no chips, tortillas, rice or beans)

Dinner -- grilled chuck steak // salad (bok choy, olives, carrots, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar) // raw cheese // sausage link

Snack -- cashews, almond butter & carrots, coconut butter, handful of dried cranberries

I'm always up for a good fiction "break" every once in a while. I started the Divergent series on Monday and finished book 1 today -- started book 2 tonight.

Took girls to ACU men's basketball game -- they had a blast.

Lunch with a college friend in Dallas

Caught up on a bunch of podcasts while I drove I've been meaning to listen to.
