SHL -- Saturday

Sleep

AM -- woke 6 AM

PM -- fell asleep on the couch around 9:30 // put orange glasses on around 8 PM

Eat

morning -- coffee with cinnamon, MCT and butter

Afternoon -- bone broth with a couple of tbsp of coconut oil

Dinner -- primal chili // raw cheese

Snack -- carob raisins with some pecans and walnuts // carrots with almond butter

Move

walked 30' this morning with dogs

Enjoy

Grateful for getting to spend the day with my kids and let my wife go some wifey things and get out of the house.

Dinner with good friends who had some exciting news. 

Watched the Heisman (I know all of the Heismans b/c I'm a nerd.)
