Sleep

AM -- was up a few times during the night as girls came in and out of room // finally woke around 6:30 AM

PM -- orange glasses on around 8 PM // asleep by 10:30 PM

Eat

8:30 AM -- acv in water

10 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil

12:30 PM -- mug of bone broth

6:30 PM -- pound of grass fed liver, onions and mushrooms // large, raw salad (romaine, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers) // 2 pieces of pastured bacon

Supplements today -- bitter melon extract // omega 3 // Vitamin D

rested about 4' between sets. If you REALLY go to failure, this is brutal. Did 20 pushups the first set, then 8, 8 and 7. Arms, shoulders are totally spent. Did some bent pulls with the DBs when I was done, too. 

Stretch // mobility

Walked with my son on treadmill for one hour in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Total of about 3.5 miles.
