SHL -- Wednesday

Sleep

AM -- slept much better // slept on living room floor // didn't wake up until 7:15 AM

PM -- put sleep mask on while I chatted with Jenn // asleep by 10:30 PM

Eat

7:30 AM -- acv in water

9 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil

12 -- hamburger patty and veggies from AbiHAUS

Dinner -- grass fed stew meat cooked in small crock pot with bone broth, celery, carrots and onion // salad (romaine, celery, tomatoes, carrots, olive oil) // raw cheese

Move

Going to take another rest day -- back at it tomorrow.

It's great to be able to take a couple of days off when you're not feeling 100% which is something I never did when I was training for events.

Slept much better last night.

Lunch with a good friend today.

Supper club tonight -- our group of 8 couples is up to 19 kids.

Talked to Bob McLeod on the phone -- one of the greatest athletes of all time from this region.
