Sleep

AM -- woke at 1:15 AM briefly to hand the baby to my wife. I felt my 4 year old next to my bed at 4:30 AM and she slept in my crook until I woke at 6:50 AM -- by that time the 2 year old was in bed, too. 

PM -- slept in girls room from 8:30-9, then went to bed around 10:30 PM

Eat

7:30 AM -- acv in water // coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

12 PM -- coconut butter before workout

6 PM -- chicken // steamed broccoli and carrots // baking chocolate // raw Swiss cheese

Today I'm grateful for: 

  • my daughter snuggling me this morning. Something I definitely missed while we were temporarily displaced. 
  • Episode 7 of my podcast released today
  • Interviewing one of my heroes at noon
  • bulletproof coffee
  • our Supper Club that meets once a month -- met last night. 8 of 9 couples were there. Think there are nearly 20 kids between everyone. Lots of fun.
