AM -- Hope came in our room around 1 AM // I went into the girls room and slept in there until they woke at 6:30 (really 7:30 with daylight savings)
PM -- watched end of Texans game with orange glasses on and went to be around 11 PM
Eat
8:30 AM -- acv in water // coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil (first caffeine in 13 days, didn't really feel much of a difference)
Noon -- bone broth
3:30 PM -- spaghetti squash and sauerkraut
6 PM -- kabobs with meat and veggies on them // baking chocolate // raw goat cheese
