AM -- woke at 6:45 no alarm, never woke during the night

PM -- stayed up to watch football game and first part of SNL // in bed by 11 PM


Glucose was 90 this morning. 3.5 days after my "high carb, late night" snack, finally back to normal.

8 AM -- acv in water

9 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon, MCT oil

10:30 AM -- coconut butter before workout

12:30 PM -- date with my daughter, Jason's // mixed greens, tomatoes, carrots, pickles, onions, mushrooms, olives, red wine vinegar, boiled egg

3:30 PM -- few tiny chunks of raw cheese and some coconut butter

5:30 PM -- kidney cooked with onions, garlic and bell pepper // spaghetti squash // baking chocolate // 2 oz raw cheese


HRV was in the 90s on the iThlete app and 84 on SweetBeat -- resting HR was 59. Good to go.
