Sleep

AM -- ended up sleeping in guest bed // girls were both awake little after midnight // woke at 6 AM

PM -- fell asleep in girls room at 8:30 then was up until around 10:30 PM

Eat

Glucose was still just over 100 -- boo. 

Morning -- coffee with butter, cinnamon, MCT

Late morning -- before basketball: coconut butter

Dinner -- took Hope on a date to Jason's Deli. I took grass fed skirt steak from last night // raw Swiss cheese // baking chocolate // and went through the salad bar once (mixed greens, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions, green and black olives, olive oil, banana peppers, boiled egg)

Night -- decaf with a tbsp of heavy cream and cinnamon b/c I was so cold!

Vitamins/Supplements today -- magnesium, Omega3, Vitamin D

HRV was back to normal. iThlete said 88. SweetBeat said 83 and resting HR was 56. Good to go.

on my 30th birthday I was mistaken for a cancer patient -- today (after months of growing hair and a beard) I was mistaken for the ACU quarterback. And, you know, QBs are typically the cool, popular kids so that made me feel very different and good...ha.

Went on a date with my 2 (almost 3) year old tonight. It's equal parts "enjoy" and queasiness because she's so stinking pretty and outgoing. That makes for some nervous fidgeting for a dad. I think I'd rather her be an introverted microbiologist.
