Sleep

AM -- woke at 4:45 AM to a little baby grunting // took my pillow into girls room and slept until 7 AM on their floor

PM -- was in bed asleep by 9:30 PM

Eat

8:30 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon, MCT Oil

11:30 AM -- coconut butter pre basketball // bone broth afterwards

6 PM -- sausage, brisket // raw avocado with lemon juice and tomatoes // baking chocolate

Move

basketball at lunch -- rode bike to and from the gym
