AM -- alarm woke me up at 6 AM

PM -- ate some food a little later than I normally do, think it kept me up a bit // watched David Blaine deal with orange glasses on // fell asleep on living room floor around 10:45 PM


Glucose was 92. Ketones were 0.6. Good.

Morning -- acv in water // coffee with butter, MCT and cinnman

Lunch -- grilled chicken salad at Beehive in Abilene // lettuce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, oilive oil

Afternoon -- raw cheese // coconut butter

Dinner -- leftover primal meat/eggs from last night // spaghetti squash with homemade ketchup (a new favorite condiment) and avocado // baking chocolate

Snack -- raw Swiss cheese // raisins // unsweetened carob almonds
