AM -- set my alarm for 6 AM to try and get back on track after an "off track" weekend of sleep // felt OK upon waking
PM -- turned off all lights at 8 PM // read by light of orange head lamp // talked to jenn in the dark // was NOT tired // ended up using brain wave app Deep Sleep track to fall asleep but it was past 11 PM
took dogs on a 30' walk -- they chased a rabbit at one point and went into full on Beagle mode which was fun to watch
Played basketball for an hour at lunch.
Glucose was 86 this morning -- good.
6:30 AM -- acv in water
7:30 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil
11:30 AM -- coconut butter before basketball
6 PM -- primal ground meat dinner (see video below) // baking chocolate // spaghetti squash with avocado and homemade ketchup
HRV was 87 on iThlete and 82 on Sweet Beat. HR was 58, too. Stress level was barely registering. Parasympathetic nervous system was strong which is good. My guess is that the long term hospital adventure was taking a larger toll on me than I thought. My HRV was in the 60s and 70s for the last half of that ordeal and I couldn't get my HR to drop out of the high 60s and low 70s.
Saw some beautiful colors on my walk this morning.
