7:30 AM -- acv in water

8 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil

5 PM -- tailgate at Baylor/Tech game (couple sausage links, lots of salad, cashews)

HRV was 91 on iThlete and 76 on sweetbeat. Resting HR is back in the mid-50s which is good. 

Going to Baylor/Tech today and seeing a handful of friends that haven't been together in 10 years. 

Got to watch the sun come up on my walk this morning.
