SHL -- Wednesday


AM -- Woke at 6: 45 AM with no alarm

PM -- fell asleep in girls room from 8:45 - 9:45, then went in my bed around 10:30 PM


played basketball at lunch


8 AM -- acv in water // coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

11:30 AM -- coconut butter

1 PM -- bone broth

6:30 PM -- liver (recipe in recipes tab) // onions, garlic, tomatoes, and asparagus // baking chocolate // raw cheese

10 PM -- watermelon, cheesy chicken enchilada dish that friends brought us (whenever I fall asleep putting girls to bed I wake up and am super hungry. Need to figure how to stop this from happening)


Got to see one of my old professors today. 

Felt like I played really well at basketball -- for me anyway.

Took the girls to school today for the first time this fall.

Filled up my schedule for the rest of the week and am looking forward to seeing some old friends this weekend.
