Sleep

AM -- Hope slept next to me from 12:45 until I woke at 6:45

PM -- fell asleep putting girls to bed from 8:45-9:30 then went straight to bed. Was asleep in my bed before 10

Eat

7:30 AM -- acv in water // coffee with butter, MCT and cinnamon

11:55 AM -- two spoonfuls of coconut butter before basketball

6 PM -- 3/4 pound of grilled skirt steak with sour cream // grilled tomatoes, squash and red onion // raw cheese // 1/2 raw cucumber (peeled)

Move

Played basketball for a little more than an hour at lunch
