SHL -- Friday


AM -- was up from 1:45-3:45 (couldn't sleep). Slept from 4-8 AM

PM -- in bed by 10:30 PM


9 AM -- acv in water // decaf with cinnamon, MCT oil and butter

Noon -- bone broth and some raw cheese

6 PM -- grass fed, beef heart stew // spaghetti squash // handful of cashews and raisins // sauerkraut out of the jar // baking chocolate


took dogs on a 30' walk

  • beautiful day for a walk
  • my girls got to go to the zoo today
