AM -- changed a baby diaper around 2 AM and slept until around 5 AM -- then from 5:30-8 AM

PM -- amber night lights after sunset and Trick or Treating // got in bed around 10:30 PM

Eat

8:30 AM -- decaf with cinnamon, butter and MCT oil (11th day of no caffeine) 

12 PM -- bone broth

5:30 PM -- grass fed beef liver and onions // steamed squash, zucchini, garlic and tomato // baking chocolate // raw goat cheese

Move

mowed the grass -- took forever since it was so long (did front in morning and back in afternoon)
