SHL -- Wednesday

Sleep

AM -- up from 1:30 - 2:30 then back to sleep from 2:30-5:30 (changed a diaper) then sleep from 6 - 8 AM

PM -- took about a 30 minute nap in the afternoon // got in bed around 10:30 PM

Eat

9 AM -- decaf with cinnamon, butter and MCT oil (made the girls German pancakes in ramekins) 

12 PM -- bone broth // cold, roast from last night // spoon of almond butter

5 PM -- roast from last night with spaghetti squash // baking chocolate // raw cheddar cheese

Supplements -- taking Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3s daily

Move

took dogs on a 30' walk/jog tonight at sunset

  • got my outdoor cooking range (Jenn makes me cook my organ meats outside -- this will be easier than firing up the grill every time I want liver -- which is quite often)
