AM -- sleep is going to be a challenge for a while. I got a few hours of sleep. Was up at least once an hour during the night. Finally got some sleep when Hunter went to the nursery around 7 AM.
PM -- slept from around 9:30-11:30 PM. Trying to get as much in as possible whenever I can
9:30 AM -- decaf with cinnamon, MCT and butter
5:30 PM -- primal grass fed ground meat cooked with eggs // steamed veggies (squash, tomatoes, bell pepper // guacamole // 2 oz baking chocolate // raw cheese // pickle
Get to hold my son whenever I want.
