Sleep

AM -- woke at 6 AM to alarm. Felt great. Somewhere in between 7 & 8 hours. 

PM -- glasses on by 9:45 PM. Watched movie with Jenn. In bed after midnight -- little anxious about tomorrow!

Eat

Glucose was 91 -- back in the normal range. 

6:30 AM -- acv in water

8 AM -- glutamine after my workout

9:30 AM -- decaf with cinnamon, butter and coconut oil (fourth straight day without caffeine and I have felt zero effects) 

12:30 PM -- bone stock with sea salt

5 PM -- heart/vegetable stew (grass fed beef heart, squash, zucchini, tomato, carrots, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper), 2 oz baking chocolate, 4 oz raw Comte cheese

Move

10' warmup including jump rope, slow squats and plyometrics

3 x 3 dead lift with 295# // happy with that weight and was able to keep good form

Stretched and rolled out shins and did some banded distraction. Body is really feeling good. 

Took dogs on a 25' walkj

Rode bike up to hospital -- 30' ride.

  • 1 more day until Hunter's birth.
  • I love cooking and I threw together a beef heart stew this morning which I'm really looking forward to.
  • Feeling great because I went to bed a little earlier than I have been.
  • Grateful that cutting out caffeine hasn't been an issue. That tells me that I never got addicted to it.
