AM -- woke at 7:30. Slept great.
PM -- glasses on at 7 PM. In bed by 11 PM.
Glucose was 94. LIttle high but I checked about an hour later than I normally do.
9:30 AM -- acv in water // decaf with butter, cinnamon and coconut oil
12 PM -- small shot of bone broth
3 PM -- nori sheet // few spoonfuls of raw coconut butter
5:30 PM -- 6 eggs cooked with 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 can kippered herring, topped with 1/2 raw avocado and some green chili salsa // 2 oz baking chocolate // raw cheese // small bowl of that Jason's salad we still have in the fridge (raw veggies and some white balsamic vinegar)
3 x 3 back squat with 225# -- kind disappointed that my squat and bench are pretty much the same...but at least I have some growing room. My PR back squat was 500# in college
8 romanian dead lift holding 53# kettle bell in each hand
8 body pulls
8 jumping squats
stretched and mobility work
HRV was 86 on iThlete and 76 on SweetBeat. Good to go.
3 days until Hunter's birth!
Got really good sleep. Was happy that the decaf had absolutely no effect on me.
