AM -- woke after 8 to no alarm. 9+ hours of sleep last night
PM -- had orange glasses on by 9:30 PM. In bed by 11:30 PM. Too late.
Back was really hurting yesterday. Working out didn't help. I can only imagine it was caused by the two beers and carob almonds that I had adding to internal inflammation. Took a rest day today and it's feeling much better.
Didn't check blood this morning.
7:30 AM -- acv in water
9:30 AM -- coffee with butter, cinnamon and MCT oil
2 PM -- 2 boiled egg yolks the girls didn't eat this morning (the best part)
5 PM -- little less than a pound of skirt steak cooked on stove top in ghee topped with sour cream // squash, zucchini, okra, tomatoes, garlic steamed then put in a bowl and mixed up with butter and olives // 2 oz baking chocolate // small chunk of raw cheese (was going to eat more but my girls ate the rest)
Hunter will be born in 8 days!
Didn't check HRV this morning since I wasn't planning on working out.
