AM -- Woke at 7 AM with my alarm -- popped right up. Had bad dream about losing girls at an amusement park. ha.
PM -- orange glasses on when I got back to hospital around 9:45 PM. Was in bed by 11:30 PM with the Deep Sleep track.
Glucose -- 87. Ketones -- 0.6
7:30 AM -- ACV (apple cider vinegar) in water
8:30 AM -- coffee with butter, mct oil and cinnamon
12:30 PM -- bone broth and the rest of the Chipotle cheese I opened last night (raw)
4:30 PM -- chuck steak (about 0.9 lbs raw including bones), leftover spaghetti squash and avocado, baking chocolate, raw Swiss cheese, nori sheet, pickle, leftover pieces of grass-fed beef "hot dogs" that the girls ate.

HRV was 80 on iThlete and 73 on Sweet Beat so I'm not going to workout today. Just slow moving.
-- on the ride home it was sprinkling. I was about 3/4 of the way there
and thought "hey, I'm going to make it home relatively dry". At that
exact moment a truck went zooming past me, hit a puddle, and absolutely
drenched me. Hat to shoes. Haha. I laughed.
Things I'm grateful for today:
- Watched Cowboys this morning and they won.
- 11 days until my son's birth -- hopefully!
