Felt dolphin kick is really improving the last few swims. Been in the water alot lately. Frustrating to know that I swam a 1:21 100yard last idea what I was doing differently, but whatever it was it was making a huge difference.


breakfast: thunder coffee

lunch: Genoa salami, 3 eggs, kale, bok choy, avocado, cheese, kippered Herring

Dinner: fat smoothie light (see recipes tab), assorted nuts (hazel, almonds, walnuts), raw cheese
